# See every comment on a post or ad

> Open the full comment feed for one post or ad, or filter the inbox to specific post and ad IDs.

When one post or ad is getting a lot of attention, you can look at all of its comments together instead of scrolling the whole inbox. There are two ways to do it.

## Open the post viewer

1. In **Social Inbox > Comments**, click any comment on the post or ad.
2. In the post preview on the right, click **View all comments** (it shows the total, for example "View all 48 comments").

The viewer lists every comment on that post, with replies grouped under the comment they answer. From there you can:

- **Search comments…** on this post only.
- Sort by **Newest first** or **Oldest first**.
- Switch between **All**, **Visible**, **Hidden**, and **Needs Reply**, or use the **Status** filter for any other status.
- Reply, hide, or unhide a comment right in the feed, and like it on Facebook and TikTok.
- Select comments and use the same [bulk actions](https://brandwise.ai/help/comments/bulk-actions) as the inbox. **Select all** picks the comments that match your current filter.

The viewer isn't available for mentions, since those comments live on someone else's post.

## Filter the inbox by post or ad ID

Use this when you already know which posts or ads you care about, for example a campaign's ads from Meta Ads Manager.

1. In **Social Inbox > Comments**, click **Filter** and choose **Post/Ad ID**.
2. Paste one or more IDs. You can paste a list separated by commas, spaces, or new lines, then click **Add**.
3. Click **Apply**.

You can enter a platform post ID or a Meta ad ID, up to 50 per filter. For ads Brandwise has synced, a Meta ad ID is matched to the post where that ad's comments are left. ## Turn things off for one post

In the post preview, **Post settings** lets you switch off automation for a single post:
