# Connect your social accounts

Connect your social accounts so their comments and DMs land in your Brandwise inbox, where your team and the AI can handle them.

## What each platform brings in

## Connect a page

1. Go to **Settings > Social Media**.
2. Click **Connect a page**.
3. Pick a platform.
4. Sign in to that platform in the window that opens and approve access.
5. For Instagram and Facebook, the **Choose the pages to connect** step lists your Facebook Pages. Click **Connect** next to each one you want.

Connecting a Facebook Page also connects the Instagram account linked to it. Pages you already connected show **Reconnect** instead of **Connect**.

## Before you connect

- **Instagram** must be a Professional account linked to a Facebook Page.
- **Facebook**: you need full admin access to the Page. If the Page belongs to a Business Manager, select that business when Meta asks.
- **TikTok** connects whichever account is logged in to TikTok in your browser. To connect a second TikTok account, log out of the first one on tiktok.com, log in to the next, then connect again.
- **YouTube**: new comments can take a few minutes to appear. Older comment history isn't imported.

Only the organization owner and people with the **Manage connected pages** permission can see **Settings > Social Media**.

## After you connect

Your pages appear in the **Your pages** table with their status and who connected them. For each page:

- Click the gear (**Page settings**) to turn on **AI Moderation** and choose how comments are handled.
- Click the X (**Disconnect**) to stop new comments and DMs from that page. Its automations stop too. You can connect it again later.

> **Tip:** If a page ever needs reconnecting, Brandwise asks the person who connected it to sign in again. Connect from a Facebook profile your team will keep access to.
