The Brandwise AI Inbox app puts your whole inbox on your iPhone, so you can answer customers and moderate comments when you're away from your desk.

## Download the app

- On your iPhone, open [Brandwise AI Inbox on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/brandwise-ai-inbox/id6811997491).
- Or, in Brandwise on your computer, click the help icon (question mark) or your profile in the left menu and choose **Get the iOS app**. Scan the QR code with your iPhone camera.

## Sign in

Sign in with your existing Brandwise account. If you're new to Brandwise, ask your organization's owner to [invite you](https://brandwise.ai/help/getting-started/organizations-and-teammates) first.

## What you can do

- Handle comments, DMs, email, and live chat in one inbox.
- Generate AI replies and review AI drafts before sending.
- Get push notifications for new messages.
- Read translations of messages in other languages.
- Open a post to see it with its other comments, including video posts.
- Long-press a comment to hide it, delete it, or block the person.
- Check your analytics.
