Activity logs
See what has changed in your organization, who changed it, and when.
The activity log is a running history of changes in your organization. Use it to answer questions like "who disconnected this page?" or "when did this person join?"
Open the log
Go to Settings > Logs. Everyone in the organization can see it.
Each entry shows the teammate who made the change, what happened, and when. The newest changes are at the top, and older entries load as you scroll.
What gets logged
| Area | Examples |
|---|---|
| Team | Invitations sent, people joining, members removed, permission changes, ownership transfers |
| Organization | The organization being created, name and logo changes |
| Social pages | Pages connected or disconnected, page settings changed, display names changed |
| Mailboxes connected or disconnected, mailbox settings changed |
The log records changes to your setup. It doesn't list individual replies, hidden comments, or other inbox activity.
