- On your iPhone, open Brandwise AI Inbox on the App Store.
- Or, in Brandwise on your computer, click the help icon (question mark) or your profile in the left menu and choose Get the iOS app. Scan the QR code with your iPhone camera.
Sign in
Sign in with your existing Brandwise account. If you're new to Brandwise, ask your organization's owner to invite you first.
What you can do
- Handle comments, DMs, email, and live chat in one inbox.
- Generate AI replies and review AI drafts before sending.
- Get push notifications for new messages.
- Read translations of messages in other languages.
- Open a post to see it with its other comments, including video posts.
- Long-press a comment to hide it, delete it, or block the person.
- Check your analytics.
