Organizations and teammates
Create organizations, switch between them, invite teammates, and choose what each person can do.
An organization holds everything for one brand: its connected channels, inbox, knowledge base, automations, team, and plan. Agencies usually create one organization per client.
Each organization has its own subscription and is billed separately. You can invite as many teammates as you like.
Create or switch organizations
Click your organization's logo near the top of the left menu, just under the Brandwise logo. The menu lists every organization you belong to. Pick one to switch to it.
To add a new one, choose Create organization, enter an Organization name, and optionally a website, a logo, and teammates' emails (one per line). Then click Continue.
Rename or change the logo
Go to Settings > General, update Name or Logo, and click Save changes. You need the Manage organization permission.
Invite a teammate
- Go to Settings > Members.
- Click Invite teammate.
- Enter their email address.
- Switch on the permissions they should have, or click Grant all.
- Click Send invite.
They get an email with a link to join. Until they accept, they show as Invited. Only the owner and people with Manage organization can invite, remove, or change teammates.
Permissions
View and manage are separate switches, so turn on both if someone should see and act on a channel.

To change someone's permissions later, click the key icon on their row. Changes save as you switch them. To remove someone, click ... and choose Remove from organization.
Transfer ownership
Each organization has one owner, who can do everything. To hand it over, open the new owner's permissions (key icon) and click Transfer under Ownership. You stay in the organization but lose owner privileges, and only the new owner can transfer it back.
