For creator partnership ads

Moderate every comment on your partnership ads

Partnership and whitelisted ads run from your creators’ handles, so the comments land on their posts, not yours. Brandwise brings them into one inbox and moderates them with AI, across every creator

The problem

Your best-performing ads have comments you can’t see

When a partnership ad or whitelisted ad runs from a creator's account, Meta attaches its comments to the creator's post. Spam, scams, and unanswered questions pile up under ads you are paying to run, and they never reach your inbox

Scattered across hundreds of ads

Ads Manager shows comments on partnership and whitelisted ads one ad at a time. With dozens of creators and hundreds of ads running, most comments are never even seen

Every reply means opening another post

To answer a buyer, someone has to find that exact ad, open it, and reply there, then do it all again on the next creator’s post. None of it happens in the inbox your team already works from

Common questions

Partnership ad comment questions

What's the difference between partnership ads and whitelisting?

Whitelisting, also called allowlisting, is the older practice of a creator giving a brand access to run ads from the creator's handle. Partnership ads are Meta's official format for the same idea: the ad runs with the creator's name and a Paid partnership label, and it replaced branded content ads. Either way, the comments live on the creator's post, so the brand can't moderate them from its own Page.

Does the creator need a Brandwise account?

No. You send the creator an invite link, and they connect their Instagram or Facebook account once, in about a minute. If you're already an admin on the creator's Page, you can connect it yourself. Creators can disconnect at any time.

Can Brandwise see the creator's DMs or personal posts?

No. Brandwise only loads comments on the partnership ads you run with that creator. The creator's own posts, comments, and DMs are left out.

Can I reply to partnership ad comments as my brand?

On Facebook, yes. Brandwise can send replies from your own brand Page instead of the creator's. On Instagram, Meta Ads Manager offers Hide and Report but not Reply on partnership ads, so Brandwise focuses on moderation there.
