Make changes with Obie
Ask Obie to update your knowledge base, Smart Labels, automations, moderation, and Shopify products.
Obie can make changes to your Brandwise account when you ask. It always shows you the exact change first and waits for you to click Approve. Nothing changes if you click Decline.
What Obie can change

Shopify changes need the Shopify connector, and your store must have granted Brandwise permission to edit products or inventory. See Obie connectors.
How approval works
- Ask Obie for the change.
- Obie shows an approval card. Click View details or View changes to see everything.
- Click Approve (or Delete for a deletion) to apply it, or Decline to cancel.
If Obie proposes several changes at once, uncheck any you don't want before you approve.
Add research from the web
Turn on Web search in the + menu, then ask Obie to read a page and add what it finds to your knowledge base. For example: "Read our shipping page at yourstore.com/shipping and update our shipping FAQ."

Slack and scheduled tasks
Some changes aren't available in Slack. See Use Obie in Slack. Changes proposed by a scheduled task wait until you approve them.
