Prompt library
Browse ready-made Obie prompts for inbox analysis, ads, automations, reports, and content.
The prompt library is a collection of ready-made prompts written by our team and other Brandwise customers. Use it when you're not sure what to ask Obie, or to start from a prompt that already works well.
Open the library
- Click Obie Chat in the left menu.
- Click Prompt library in the chat sidebar.
Use the tabs at the top to filter by category, or stay on All to see everything.
Categories

| Automations | Finding messages you could automate and suggesting Smart Labels |
| Reporting | Cross-channel reports, health checks, and satisfaction trends |
| Content & Copy | Ad copy, ad images, product page copy, and content ideas |
Each card shows the data the prompt uses, such as Inbox, Knowledge Base, or Meta Ads. Prompts that use Meta Ads need the Meta Ads connector, and prompts that use Nano Banana 2 create images. See Obie connectors.
Use a prompt
- Click a card to see the full prompt.
- Click Use prompt to put it in the Obie message box. It isn't sent yet.
- Edit the prompt to fit your brand, then send it.
To use it somewhere else, such as a scheduled task, click Copy prompt instead.
Submit your own prompt
- Click Submit a prompt at the top of the library.
- Enter a Title and the full Prompt.
- Click Submit for review.
Our team reviews each submission before adding it to the library.
